There are words for this and hutzpah is the nicest one I can think of. A woman who was taking pictures while trespassing on a railroad track is now suing the railroad for failing to post warning signs.
JACKSON, Miss. — Helen Gable was taking pictures on the railroad tracks in Tupelo in 2006 when a train nearly cut off her leg as she tried to get out of the way.
Gable and her husband are suing the railroad company for nearly $6 million.
Gable says the company should have posted trespassing signs to keep people away.
As the BNSF spokesperson says – she was trespassing. I can only hope that the jury comes to their senses and awards her absolutely NOTHING!

Have a story to share that we did not cover? Want to discuss something in greater detail? Want to compare Nikon vs. Canon? Post it in our forum - all are welcome.

Wow. Just remember we live in the land of $10 million rewards for being stupid enough to drive while resting a hot cup of coffee between you legs and burning yourself
It is retarded. What the hell did you expect to happen on train tracks. Hope she didn’t breed.
Looks like she was trying to win the Darwin Award. Perhaps next time she will succeed – Unbelievable!
