I should add, in the interest of full disclosure, that the "OR ELSE" was an embellishment I made in entitling this photo. I was not threatened outright, although the worker's demeanor conveyed a silent (perceived by me) "OR ELSE", and he did in fact tell me with conviction that what I was doing was illegal.
