Bank that is… A photographer taking a picture of the mural behind Chase Branch # 8007 at 819 Grand Street in Brooklyn, NY was LIED to by a security guard that barked that taking pictures of the bank “is not allowed”. Well the law says that IT IS ALLOWED since the photographer was standing on PUBLIC PROPERTY when the picture was taken.
